All calorie calculations are estimates based on general formulas and may not reflect your individual metabolic needs

Weight cutting protocols carry real health risks — aggressive weight cutting without medical supervision can result in serious injury or death
Female athlete nutrition involves complex hormonal factors that require individualized professional guidance

Wrestlers are responsible for ensuring their weight management practices comply with the rules of their governing body (NCAA, USA Wrestling, NFHS, USADA, etc.). Built for the Mat does not guarantee compliance with any specific governing body's weight management rules or banned substance lists. Always verify supplement ingredients against your governing body's prohibited list.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
